Here are some important information to know for your stay:

Opening hours

The apartments of La Ruelle Accommodation are available all year round to welcome you!

Booking conditions

More than 30 days before arrival date: A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is requested by credit card at the time of booking. The final balance is payable 30 days before the date of arrival. It will be automatically charged using the credit card used when booking.

Less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the payment is required at the time of booking.

Please note that 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive an automated email with the arrival instructions.

Cancellation policy

At all times, a fee of 10% of the total booking amount is non-refundable for any cancellation.

Within 30 days of the expected arrival date, no cancellation is possible and no refund is given. However, you can transfer your booking to other people at no cost.

Less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation is possible and no refunds are granted.

More than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, a fee of 10% of the total amount of the reservation is payable for cancellation.

Do you have travel insurance through your job or credit card? Please be aware that if your reason for cancellation is covered in the terms of your insurance policy, it is likely that you will be able to get a refund if needed.

Other applicable fees if applicable

On the day of departure, keys must be left in the apartment. A $50 fee will be charged for any keys not returned or lost.

In case of non-compliance with the departure time, a fee of $25 per 30 minutes delay will apply if applicable.

Early or late check-out on request: $50 (low season only and subject to availability).

The apartments at La Ruelle Accommodation are completely non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest if someone smokes in them.

At all times, the client must leave the apartment he occupies and any equipment he uses in a state of order and cleanliness. The apartment left unclean will be cleaned at the expense of the customer. A $200 fee will automatically be charged to the customer’s credit card.

Any breakage caused in the apartments and equipment, as well as missing equipment will be charged to the customer.

A person who contravenes the regulations may be deported immediately, without refund.

Time of arrival and departure

Arrival is scheduled from 4pm.

Departure is in the morning at the latest at 10am

Pet

The presence of a domestic animal is prohibited in the accommodation.

smoke-free environment

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation (including vapers). A container is provided outside to dispose of your butts.

Curfew

Please respect the tranquility of the place and make use of it according to their destination. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained.

For the respect of the neighborhood, it is forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am.

Fireplace (in season)

A location is provided to light a fire and enjoy the outdoors.

If available, wood is available. You can also pick up branches on the ground in the field. Wood from outside the area is prohibited, as recommended by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to prevent the spread of pests.

In the shed, you will find paper, firewood and sheepskin to keep you warm as needed.

Make sure the conditions are safe and there are no restrictions dictated by the fire index.

A hose is available to extinguish your fire.
